Home Study Date Set
We have set the date for our first home study visit, Jan 24th!!! We are so excited to have this first step underway, yet nervous to have someone critiquing our home and lives! Once we complete the home study we will be ready to apply to the US government for permission to adopt internationally, then shortly after we will submit our dossier to Haiti. The waiting and not knowing exactly how Ben and Ephtonline are doing is very stressful! Please keep us in your prayers, pray number one for their safety and health, but also that God will open doors to communication and make this process go as quickly as possible. Thank you all for the wonderful compassion we have been shown thus far through this process! We are truly blessed to have such wonderful friends and family. God Bless!! Joe and Betsy

How exciting!! Every little step gets you closer!! Our first home visit is THIS Friday, Jan. 14 and I feel the same way...excited yet strange that someone is bascially coming to sum up our life and home. I do realize though that all of this is necessary and pray, too, that God will take care of our children who wait for us and that He will open doors to speed the process along. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!
